Data Deletion Instructions

aicrely respects your right to have your data deleted. Use whichever option applies to you.

If you connected your Facebook Page or WhatsApp Business Account

1. Open your CRM → Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect — this immediately stops all further data access.
2. To also remove the app's permissions on Facebook: go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find aicrely, and click Remove.
3. To delete data we already hold, email info@aicrely.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email linked to your account, mentioning your clinic/business name.

If you are a patient or lead of a clinic that uses aicrely

The clinic that holds your record is the data controller. You may ask the clinic to delete your record directly (they can do so instantly inside the CRM), or email us at info@aicrely.com with your name, phone number, and the clinic's name — we will coordinate the deletion.

Timeline

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email once done. Backups containing the deleted data expire automatically within a further 30 days.
