Data Deletion Instructions<\/h1>\n

aicrely respects your right to have your data deleted. Use whichever option applies to you.<\/p>\n

If you connected your Facebook Page or WhatsApp Business Account<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Open your CRM \u2192 Settings \u2192 Integrations<\/strong> and click Disconnect<\/strong> \u2014 this immediately stops all further data access.<\/li>\n
  2. To also remove the app’s permissions on Facebook: go to Facebook \u2192 Settings & Privacy \u2192 Settings \u2192 Business Integrations<\/em>, find aicrely<\/strong>, and click Remove<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. To delete data we already hold, email info@aicrely.com<\/a> with the subject “Data Deletion Request”<\/strong> from the email linked to your account, mentioning your clinic\/business name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you are a patient or lead of a clinic that uses aicrely<\/h2>\n

    The clinic that holds your record is the data controller. You may ask the clinic to delete your record directly (they can do so instantly inside the CRM), or email us at info@aicrely.com<\/a> with your name, phone number, and the clinic’s name \u2014 we will coordinate the deletion.<\/p>\n

    Timeline<\/h2>\n

    Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days<\/strong>, and we confirm by email once done. Backups containing the deleted data expire automatically within a further 30 days.<\/p>\n
